OMFG, what a drama queen. They will literally have to rewrite the rules of the game to do this. You can’t just charge citizens with crimes that aren’t crimes! (Now, they will probably try to change the rules, but my God are they going to waste MASSIVE resources). One day in court— & case dismissed.
