I don't really see the moral dilemma here. Stalking is a serious crime that rarely gets prosecuted as it should.

Victims have no obligation to run cover for those who victimize them.

It's really funny that Jerry Seinfeld's "oversensitivity has ruined comedy" whine-tour dovetails exactly with his funnier creative partner concluding a critically-acclaimed, arguably even more mean-spirited show that ran for a quarter century

is it just me or does all content now just seem procedurally generated. i saw a reel where a girl was saying it's ableist for apple to use green bubbles for androids bc they're slightly lower contrast than the blue ones. i guess that's an opinion someone could have

There is a thing in fitness where people are obsessed with doing things optimally. Getting the perfect routine, getting the perfect amount of sleep and food, perfect form, etc.

It's all absolutely fucking meaningless in the time scale of fitness.

I created a survey about ADHD and food. My plan is to use the information I gather to make a resource that will help us all eat better and be less overwhelmed with meal planning! If you have ADHD and struggle to feed yourself, please fill out this survey and share!

Fun fact: by far the most dangerous back movement is flexion and rotation under load. Think: picking up a heavy suitcase from a car trunk, twisting your back, and placing it on the ground.

No barbell movement uses this motion.

Every single shitty job that fucks your back and knees by age 40, does.
One reason you should start doing strongman training is that literally all strongman movements improve back stability and strength. Every day is back day, every lift hits your back. Your back will thank you.

One of my favourite things about ADHD is realising I'm very very hungry because I barely ate anything all day and knowing that I really should eat something but also not really feeling like eating because nothing particular strikes my fancy.

(It may also be important to note that I didn’t take my ADHD meds today either…)

One of my go-to recipes is pesto. Seems counterintuitive for someone with ADHD because it's a lot of finicky little ingredients and requires me to clean the blender. But there's something so satisfying about throwing it all in the blender and watching it turn that pretty green color.
