cut off all of my hair when i had covid in october. and my hair grows fast but did i really have to cut it all down? what was i thinking that morning? was in tears about something i didn’t understand and cut off two and a half years of hair about it. oh well. head still looks small now.

insomnia feels like the most ridiculous affliction. had a great day yesterday! was feeling good. couldn’t sleep on account of fretting about houseplants, trying to figure out if i could grow potatoes on my balcony. would i ever know love again. coming up with names for cats.

my new bit online is commenting very simple compliments on tik tok videos of all sorts of animals, but calling them dogs ("nice dog!" "big dog!"). and it really winds some people up.

i hauled a street table home to my alley but i have now realized how many screws hold this thing together. ugh. also, i think it has a veneer on the top side of the table which is annoying. can’t quite figure out what is going on with the wood but i will take at least the legs.
