the cat names i came up with are doggerel and knüttelvers. good names for two cats

at least i’m in good company. but also my barthes loving neighbour is in the hospital this week. :(

i will say that writing poems was a much less expensive practice, and i was less often sore after doing it, but a bit of soreness is ok, and learning to take care of a new tool is a terrific kind of relationship.

there is a real love here of terms being very descriptive. for example, a local health clinic is the CLSC DU PLATEAU-MONT-ROYAL of the
CENTRE INTÉGRÉ UNIVERSITAIRE DE SANTÉ ET DE SERVICES SOCIAUX (CIUSSS) DU CENTRE-SUD-DE-L'ÎLE-DE-MONTRÉAL , which looks utterly ridiculous when put on the logo.
