I can say as someone whose partner is a teacher, it's a nightmare out there. This is the result of DECADES of insufficient funding from Harris days and subsequently reinforced by the provincial Liberals and now, Doug Ford.

Seeing people talk about the "DEI" orders but not much on the fact that they have added an A for "Accessibility" - ie, Disabled people. They are targeting disabled people too. And it looks like they are coming for the ADA.
