Agree. Summers engaging in friendly gossipy 100% sexist emails with underage-girls-sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, long *after* Epstein had been indicted, shows remarkably poor judgement and hubris. Professional economists should openly question people and institutions that honor Summers.

I tried using Twitter in a sane way, and it caused psychic damage. I finally curated a timeline that was useful, until I realized like 20% of tech twitter I was following, including people who I respect and seem normal, were following an account solely dedicated to hatred of black people.

steam is apparently allowing "this game had AI in it that it didn't disclose" as a valid return statement, so if you or anyone you know actually paid $70 for slop, get that money back

'Glittering generality' statements is extremely common behavior in dementia patients: i.e., "I don't know what this 6 inch scar on my abdomen is from, but I know 'they' did some kind of surgery", "I know I was in the hospital for a couple weeks, but I can't remember what was wrong", etc.
