Egg yolk wrapped into a ravioli with a parmesean pomodoro sauce and a slow rendered panchetta? Delightful. Chicken noodle soup with poached eggs and some soy sauce? Perfect after a long day working out in the cold.

The egg in general is perfect for any meal. Oh you want to amplify a ramen broth? Add an egg yolk. Want a nice spread on your toast? Make an over medium egg and scoop that custardy bastard of a yolk out and schmear it on. Easy breakfast? Make a bowl of rice and drop an egg yolk on it and stir it in.
