There are indications that Trump wants some sort of a division of spoils among the powerful as the alternative to unrestrained conflict.
But a latter-day scramble for colonial plunder is unlikely to be any more peaceful than the inter-imperialist violence of the early 20th century was.

Thinking about historical parallels. People talk about coups and autogolpes, the fascist seizure of power in the 1930s, and there are resemblances. But there are other models we could think about.

if you're trans, do a bit of research into state laws, find a group of like-minded people to train with, and arm yourself (the organized community is as or more important than the arms). we don't go quiet

these days i sometimes say im a woman w an unusual pre-natal development and endocrine system. it's not perfect, i know, but it shifts some of the focus away from my psychology or some kind of ideology and more towards my body and what i need to be comfortable in it
i don't know necessarily what the answer is but I know we need an easily way of explaining *why* trans women are truly women succinctly. Bc I think a lot of cis ppl especially hear "trans women are women" but don't understand why. That's why you get defenses like "gender is fake anyways"

Am I wrong, or is "the Holocaust was a singularly evil event" also a *terrible* way to frame a horrific event that was largely carried out by perfectly mundane servants of the state
