If this boat were carrying drugs, Trump wouldn't have released the two survivors.
Ridiculous. A semisubmersible in the Caribbean crewed by Colombians and Ecuadorians is not carrying fentanyl, a drug produced in northwest Mexico, well over 1,000 miles closer to the US.
