I've just read the UPC took away teachers right to strike, simply because they didn't like their own negotiating position. The arbitrator would give them too much money, which the "richest" province in Confederation couldn't afford.
Not for the kids.

Alrighty, voting on AB is a gong show, because apparently we are doing a census at the same time. So every voter needs to add 5 minutes to do the census. At noon, there is a 100 person lineup.
