I’m up for dreaming…
Whatever it takes.
If Mamdani invites Trump to Gracie Mansion and serves him 1980’s surf-and-turf and chocolate cake with a chilled can of Diet Coke in a graciously appointed dining room, we might be able to get Medicare For All.

Dream big.

It takes a special kind of cruel to use food as a weapon. How he sleeps at night is beyond me. And don’t forget his enablers. They are complicit in every ounce of this crisis. May this past Tuesday be a harbinger of the results of the midterms. Vote out every single one of them.
I’m just saying, but if I had just gotten completely shellacked on Tuesday, I wouldn’t be asking SCOTUS to let me starve millions of people 3 days later.

@weeknightmsnbc.bsky.social Um, I didn’t catch the name of the guest speaking at the end of the last block (in red; talking about a woman in Chicago). She had a smile on her face as she talked. Please, someone, media train her on adding gravitas to a situation like this. The smile is just so odd…

At Bowdoin for husband’s reunion wknd. This flyer breaks my heart. Dear God. This was not a thing when I was in school, so, so many years ago. Bravo to Bowdoin for taking the steps to help their students navigate these crazy waters. @esglaude.bsky.social - I think this would make you proud.

George Wendt, best known for playing Norm on the sitcom "Cheers," has died at the age of 76.

“George was a doting family man, a well-loved friend and confidant to all of those lucky enough to have known him,” the family said in a statement. “He will be missed forever.”

This. Is. Disgusting.
This is not a serious administration and it’s also filled with bad people

LOVE this!!
Whatever impostor syndrome you may have once had, dispose of it fucking immediately. If these people run the country, you deserve that promotion, you can run for city council, you can start that business. If this is the baseline, shit, you can do surgery drunk in an alley and you will do less harm.
The entire administration is going to be staffed by Fox News hosts

It is shameful. Brave soldiers, who CHOOSE to serve, deserve so much better from this country. One more hateful move by this SC.
The forced removal of thousands of honorably serving trans service members is one of the most sweeping acts of government-imposed bigotry in modern times. Its shameful, unexplained 6-3 approval by the Supreme Court will weaken the armed forces and stain our nation’s legacy
