Sussan Ley out there fostering hate and division. The Liberal Party has not learned one lesson from its election loss. They only now appeal to extremists.

Using the “first they came for” lines is so fucking gross.

Also her team putting in “applause” is truly pathetic.

Gotta say it's mindblowing to me that the Brown shooter is still at large and they don't even seem to have identified who they're looking for.

Tonight’s Senate vote on the federal government shutdown should have been a time for strength.

Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans.

The American people need more from their leaders.

One thing Pratchett didn't live long enough to articulate:

"And *if* someone ever made five-dollar boots to equal fifty-dlollar boots, some rich bastard would devote his life to ending them."
It costs more to have less money. The Terry Pratchett argument for UBI.

Advance’s core campaigns against renewable energy and Aboriginal rights constitute the vested interests of many of their major contributors, particularly in the mining and energy sectors. other campaigns are to garner popular support. #auspol #Advance
Who are 'Advance' and what are they doing to our politics?
Launched in 2018 as a conservative answer to GetUp!, the group Advance likes to style itself as the voice of the average person against “the elite.

“Content demand in Australia set to grow 5X by 2027” itwire.com/it-industry-...

Weird. Will we have 5x as many people? Will people have 5x as much time? No, “consumers demand highly personalised experiences”. But do they do? Sounds like bullshit to me.

Yesterday, the Attorney General asserted that "hate speech" is not free speech.

Today, the President asserted that speech that is "mean" or "unfair' to him is "hate speech".
