The thing is this quote that's everywhere right now was literally condoning violence. It would be great if this was a wake up call on many fronts, but we all fear it will just make everything worse.
We cannot condone political violence.
That said, it’s important to remember that Republicans have demanded that the Second Amendment be interpreted to mean anyone who wants a gun can get one, including assault weapons.
As Charlie Kirk recognized, that comes with a downside.
