Why are pressures the only measurement in healthcare resistant to SI units! In the midst of Final FRCA revision and physiological pressures are measured in mmHg, mechanical ventilation is measured in cmH20 and gases in kPa!
I want to see blood pressure as 16/11 kPa!

I had some early childhood medical trauma that still haunts me today. This would have helped. Kids are strong if we give them tools to understand.

Working with a more junior anaesthetist who felt I used ketamine more than my colleagues.
I feel that in emergencies it is more forgiving than other agents (baring in mind its direct negative inotropic effects)
