I really don’t know what people thought they’d get out of the release of the Epstein files at this point. Nothing about trumps admin screams transparency. We will never get the information needed to make change or to hold people like Trump accountable. It’s just never going to happen.

Kash ordered a team of FBI agents to go through the Epstein files many months ago to redact Trump’s name based on FOIA exemptions 6 and 7. It is highly unlikely they are going to be unredacted before they are released. ONLY victim info should be redacted, but much more will be.

I think Americans are realizing that democracy is a participation sport, and the the government is ours if we want it to be. I feel like we got complacent and hoped some other third party would do the work for us. Seems like we have to learn that lesson every generation.
