Reminder that, in addition to 'shut the fuck up', if you're in the US, you need to ask for an attorney and invoke your right to remain silent FIRST. The police can keep interrogating you if you don't do this. As soon as you ask for an attorney and invoke the 5th, they have to stop questioning you.

A lot of people know about the Germans in the space program, but the more relevant engineer might be Qian Xuesen, the MIT/CalTech aerospace professor who co-founded JPL and was sent to recruit the Germans.

We deported him the 1950s. He became the leader of China’s missile program.
