Ate lunch w/a 4 ⭐️ (then a 3 ⭐️) fairly frequently in Baghdad. When discussing leader development he said, “If I put anything on a field grade officer’s evaluation about physical fitness, it’s because they are dumb. At a certain point, we pay people for their brains.” Not sure why I’m sharing this. 🤷🏻♂️
