Ice hockey season is about to get jam up. In addition to the NHL and PWHL, the IIHF men's world juniors start in 30 days, the Olympics start in February, and the Paralympics (a good friend's son is Alternate Captain of Team USA) start in 100 days.

Speaking of #inverts, we found this red and black mason wasp (suggested common name) in our bathroom. Not sure how he got there. 🤷

This juvie still hasn't figured out how to get into the bird bath and just hangs on the side to drink out of it. 🙄 I guess I should be glad he's not standing in the bird bath chewing up the fountain like one of his parents. 😂 #mammals
