Just astounding. The reason they can shove through 100 Trump nominees at once is because the GOP changed the rules to eliminate the 60-vote requirement. Something they won’t do to fund the government. Yet they blame Dems.

Just to note. January 23, 2019 there was a vote to reopen government (HJ RES 28, roll call vote 46) when the govt had been shut down for 30 days.
