UK voters - don't assume the conservatives (or reform uk) will lose just because the polls say so. Go and vote them out on Thursday. We might not get the country we want overnight, but this can be a step back towards it.

Like any creative practice, I think it's important to write some things which you have no intention of sharing. When you're trying to build a career as a writer, it's easy to forget that it's also a therapeutic exercise. It also helps combat the mindset that writing is a grind
