Two books I read recently and can’t stop thinking. Both about a qwoc whose relationship with a sport (swimmer/ballerina) and the world around them push them to the extreme.
The feminine rage and monstrous ascent were just handled with so much compassion! So good. More like these please. #booksky

Recently visited the LA Central Library. It was so nice. I spoke to an awesome children’s librarian about librarianship and they gave great advice/encouragement.
