it is my humble opinion that street signs should be bigger so i can read the text, and the road u are currently on should be posted periodically so you can know in case you missed reading it at an intersection and you dont have gps.

i fell off of posting any thing other than my work literally 7 years ago and especially within the past 2 yrs i cant stomach even that!!!

got my test results back today that i am no longer prediabetic 😎 i hardly changed my exercise or diet. instead my life stress decreased by maybe 90% in the past 3 months. probably for no reason
