Made my spouse a custom Dreadnoughts patch for his battle jacket for Xmas! He got it sewn on the other day and it looks damn good if I say so myself. I cleaned up the Polka's Not Dead album art digitally to get it binarized cleanly, then fed that to my vinyl cutter to make a stencil for paint.

My DM is taking the adventuring party to the country inhabited by orcish tribes, and I'm going full tilt designing for the culture he's describing. That said, designing massive swathes of coherent tattoo design is no small feat.
