Oi you, person of Christian values…

“When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself”

Leviticus 19:33–34

Still feeling holy?

Mark Kelly: "I said something that was pretty simple and non-controversial, and that was that members of the military should follow the law. In response to that, Trump said I should be executed, I should be hanged ... it says a lot more about him than it says about me. I'm not going to be silenced."

As of this afternoon, Florida Gators football team has the longest shutout streak in NCAA FBS history, which began on October 29, 1988. 470 games.

We are currently scoreless against Tennessee in the 3rd Q. My only hope is we don't break the streak.

You're all failing. Shame on all of you.

Absolutely devastated that Kroger is ending delivery in #Gainesville. This has been our go-to for the last few years... best pricing, amazing service, and the best eggs/produce in town.

Very sad... I'm sure, as usual, this will only cause Publix to raise prices ... again.

If we’re ever going to get out of the crisis we are in, it is going to take things like this: People who helped create the crisis reversing course.

We don’t have to erase what people like MTG did to get us here, but we should welcome things like the below if they turn out to be real changes.
BASH: We have seen these attacks from the president at other people. It's not new. And I haven't heard you speak out about it until it was directed at you.

MARJORIE TAYLOR GREENE: I think that's fair criticism. And I would like to say, humbly, I'm sorry for taking part in the toxic politics.

The Christian right for decades has fear-mongered that federal agents (under Dem presidents) would "criminalize" Christianity and literally prevent them from worshipping.

Now that Trump's stormtroopers are doing it ... crickets
Here’s a story for every national news outlet:

In N.C., churchgoers are literally running into the woods as federal agents descend on the property.

“Inside the church, women and children sobbed as they wondered whether their loved ones had been taken.”

Donald Trump repeatedly told us that his tariffs would not increase prices for consumers.

So why on Earth is he lowering his tariffs on various foods?

Duh, because his tariffs raised prices.

Just another day with Don the Con.
Trump goes on defense over tariffs as prices on everyday items keep rising
The rollback of import taxes on coffee, bananas and many other foods is the latest sign that the administration could be forced to shift course.

A few weeks ago I was talking politics with a local, highly straight, bartender.

All the sudden he said: “Well, I think a big part of the problem is that so many of the people who would’ve been our progressive leaders died of AIDS & can’t help us now.”

And I’ve thought about that every day since.
