The child and parents are US citizens, but that doesn't even matter.
These monsters pepper-sprayed a baby.

Predicting that some universities will soon pledge to provide AI-free instruction, and that this will be an advantage in recruiting and training top students
Nothing will make you an education AI skeptic faster than grading some college take home assignments. Admins who haven’t been in a classroom in years push it as a learning tool. Students are laughing at them as they use it as a cheating tool. It’s all instructors are texting about with each other.

It's more than just "legal experts," it's just a straight up fact. Presidential pardons don't apply to state charges.

The presidency as we know it should be burned to the ground, and salt the earth. Congress needs a pretty big overhaul, including on the electoral system. But the Court mostly just needs justices who aren't deranged hacks avowedly hostile to fundamental principles of the republic.

Explain to me how this is not terrorism?
Without a warrant, ICE agents try to kick down the door of an immigrant who entered legally. Utterly unconstitutional. The Department of Trespassing failed, but despite portraying him as some kind of threat, they never came back with a real warrant.

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.
