This is absolutely accurate to me and my greatest struggle. I think how much time I’ve lost and how much more productive I could have been, it hurts. This year I want to get help and learn how to better cope with and overcome it.
Sorry to steal from Tumblr but this is so accurate it actually made me cry. The "paralysis of will" described here is the most painful symptom of my ADHD.
