One way? As a metaphor, think about "signal-to-noise" ratio.
(1) Is there a knowledge claim (a “signal”) that should be shared?
(2) Is the signal louder than the noise?

unpopular opinion: das war zwar eine saudumme und komplett überflüssige aktion, die in kritischen zeiten das völlig falsche signal gesendet hat, ABER...: dann hat's halt einen zweiten wahlgang gebraucht. dafür steht das so im GG.

Ergänzend: massives Strategie-Framing (wer gewinnt, wer verliert, wer kann wen "treiben"). Zu wenig Auseinandersetzung mit Inhalten, Ursachen von Problemen bei Migration/Integration und Lösungen - plus Verdrängung anderer Themen. Führt gut belegt zu politischem Zynismus und Normalisierung der AfD
Ein gr Problem der medialen/polit Debatten der vergangenen Tage war auch Mangel an seriösen Daten u Fakten zu Zuwanderung und Kriminalität. Eigentlich müsste jede Redaktion solche Angaben (aber nicht nur isolierte Zahlen) ständig parat haben. Es wirkt nicht so. Dazu Einordnung von Kriminologen u.a.
