Hello Bsky! My name is Harrison, I'm no big deal anywhere really but I do like riding and wrenching on bikes, making photographs on old cameras, and playing board games and TTRPGs. Let us mutually hyperfixation-rant together.

AI advocates have warned that if every author in the class action filed a claim, it would "financially ruin" the entire industry.
Authors celebrate “historic” settlement coming soon in Anthropic class action

Yeah sorry the internets dead. It's not a theory anymore. Genuinely need to start over, datakrash style. Everyone go back to forums hosted on localized servers that parkouring mercenaries can hack with a minigame
Meta confirms they plan to add tons of AI-generated users to Facebook and Instagram

They will have bios, profile pics and can share content

I'm a moderate on the issue of cars, I don't think they should be banned but I do think they should all be this. Now I know what you're thinking: what if I need to go fast or need more space? That's just too bad

New UnitedHealth internal memo (leaked to me) suggests the company is undertaking an empathy offensive. "We know the health care system isn’t perfect,” the message says. "There is more work we can do and must do..."

America makes a lot more sense when you start thinking in terms of the difference between "social order," as it's understood by Americans, and "law." That's why people at the apex of the social hierarchy get to break the law while non-elites can get screwed in totally illegal ways without recourse.

I say again - there are few things in American society that will radicalize you more, or faster, than being suddenly disabled in your 20s with a condition that no doctor wants to treat or touch or interact with, and leaves you in pain every second of every day.

It is a cooker beyond belief.
