“… that is a PPB decision, not PBOT. We have authority to close the multi-use path & trolley tracks property (belonging to TriMet). We have done that a few times over the past couple of weeks. Any closure is temporary and done for specific reasons…” - Sgt Kevin Allen, PPB.

Portland Bureau of Transportation is now collaborating to suppress 1st amendment rights by closing a public right of way next to ICE. PPB arrested someone for being on the multi-use path last night. @pbotinfo.bsky.social
