The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

When an insurance company removes a drug from their formulary and there’s no alternative, and the doc’s best solution is to pay out of pocket for a compounded version … is there any recourse with the insurance company other than going full Luigi?

Do what it takes to go get him. I’d prefer a package around Drysdale or York and picks since they have an extra 1st in 2027, but if it takes Martone (certainly not much else then), I’d do it.
