it's good advice for the majority of the population, but it's a lot harder to justify not going into hiding to the most marginalized, most acceptable targets in our population
if anyone reading this has solid privilege under the american system they need to use it to stand up for those who can't

My sister got me a gratitude journal a few years back and while I didn’t stick with it long, I noticed that it did help me think more positively during the day.
