The new Charli XCX/John Cale one ("House") sounds like it should have a co-writing credit for Hans Zimmer

That movie left me with a lot of nagging questions. Are we ever going to get to see these protagonists get old and pass the torch to a new generation of heroes?

Oh, we can't have James Bond star in this one? Here comes Jiddy Bond with his new girlfriend, Jixie, to take on Bucanneer "Blowfish" Blofeld on his pirate hideaway.

In fact, why stop there? Bring back Pierce Brosnan as an aged former James Bond who sits in a rocking chair and talks about FPS games.

I had just finished watching "The Anniversary" (thanks to @dirtyfeed.org making me think I ought to watch all of Fawlty Towers at some point) when someone messaged me with the news that Prunella Scales had died, which seemed oddly apt as an episode choice.

It's a week of second-place finishers being touted as the real winners by a sympathetic BBC News, so I expect the day to end with the news that Heather Humphreys has won "the moral Presidency"
