BBC London has just casually lumped all the over-60s together as "elderly", and I'm here to tell you that there's a huge difference between someone in their earlyish 60s and someone in their 80s or 90s. Yours, Kate, aged 61 and three quarters, who is absolutely not "elderly".

Treating a clients’ home with complete respect is so important. It doesn’t matter if you are good at what you do. Honesty & integrity are vital. I often see sloppy time keeping. The basics matter. After all it’s the customer service you do or don’t provide that will go towards shaping your brand.
