I used to live tweet Zuckerberg’s all hands. It bothered the company to no end and they always demanded that their employees stop leaking. The more they demanded, the more folks would come to me. Telling employees not to do something or threatening them engenders greater distrust.

For those keeping count at home, Meta lets folks incite gender-based hate in the name of free speech, but if one of its employees dares to tell the truth about what its CEO says then there is zero tolerance.
Meta is renewing its threats against employees, telling them today that they will hunt for leakers and tolerate zero leaks.

Want to know how that is going? Three Meta employees who I’ve never spoken to before just cold messaged/emailed me offering me to be sources.
