Living in fascism is a lot more ridiculous than I thought it would be.

Like these people in charge are objectively silly and I resent having to take them seriously.

Looking for temp accommodation whilst I have my tiny home built. Within 90 mins of Naarm/Melb as we have regular medical and vet appointments. If you know of any options for up to 6 months please reach out. Or please share, the more eyes on this the better the outcome! Thanks in advance.

There is zero way I would be able to work for some big org. these days. I run my own business and WFH and it means I can accommodate myself, where an org. would absolutely not do that for me.
Not only can working from home make you happier, for many disabled people it allows them to remain in the workforce

It gives them autonomy & independence. Flexibility to attend doctors appointments and care for their health

It’s a crucial accommodation, and removing it will harm disabled lives

It is so outrageously ableist to say we should ban masks & stop people from protecting their health & the health of those around you.

COVID is still spreading.

People are still dying from COVID.

Millions of people are struggling with #LongCOVID.

And COVID is just one of many reasons to mask

After my FB being vanquished over 6 months ago, I magically got an email yesterday saying oopsies. Despite this message, I in fact had no way to appeal. There are no ways to appeal when FB decides to delete 20 years of stuff. No idea why it suddenly appeared again.

Every single person should be made to watch this. Remember when we cared for each other and it seemed like life was changing for the better, despite covid... watch this and find out what happened.
I made a long video about the "someone's got to do it" memes, where they came from, what they're really saying, and what these posts reveal about collective trauma, political cynicism, our decaying faith in democratic institutions and so so much more. www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXrj...

A new study confirms what so many already know: being dismissed by doctors can be as traumatic as illness itself.
Patients report four kinds of harm: shame, lost trust, delayed diagnosis, avoiding care.

This is what I tried to name in The Invisible Kingdom: www.mycentraljersey.com/story/news/h...
Did you leave the doctor feeling worse? How to recognize, respond to medical gaslighting
A Rutgers study found that dismissing patient symptoms causes lasting harm, including shame and avoidance of care.
