So good.
So good.
A really inspired and incredibly effective thing.

Post-Y2K Hitchcock with a gritty sewer-sludge aesthetic. Packed to the brim with aggressive symbolism; a real proper mindfuck - Brad Anderson style.
Not listing Michael Ironside in your opening credits is a crime tho.
Been ages since I last saw this, but I remember digging it.

Starring a 39-year old Al Pacino, the film - picketed at the time - has aged well thanks to its ambiguity.

I've watched The Seventh Victim before but I can't wait to revisit it in 4K, and I'm also really curious about I Walked with a Zombie!

Tight pacing, razor sharp timing and a genuinely terrifying horror.
Kevin McCarthy doing an all-timer performance, maybe the best of the 50's, and he should've been in way more - so glad Joe Dante used him in a bunch his of films.
A truly great film, tho I still prefer the '78 remake, but Kevin McCarthy gives one of my all-time favorite performances in this.
