Starring a 39-year old Al Pacino, the film - picketed at the time - has aged well thanks to its ambiguity.

I've watched The Seventh Victim before but I can't wait to revisit it in 4K, and I'm also really curious about I Walked with a Zombie!

Tight pacing, razor sharp timing and a genuinely terrifying horror.
Kevin McCarthy doing an all-timer performance, maybe the best of the 50's, and he should've been in way more - so glad Joe Dante used him in a bunch his of films.
A truly great film, tho I still prefer the '78 remake, but Kevin McCarthy gives one of my all-time favorite performances in this.

Has that distinct Boll-charm to it but it's not an entire feast like House of the Dead. Gets a bit dull when they're - together in the dark - shooting at CGI monsters for an eternity
Greatly enjoyed my revisit of House of the Dead, so who knows what I'll think of this.

A few strikingly beautiful moments but overall it feels so hollow and bloated, which sucks since you can tell GDT has immense passion for it but it just comes out as "a competent, stylish picture" but it didn't really resonate with me or affect me in any way.

and I'm not just saying it because I'm friends with one of the guys in the band, this one is a huge improvement from their already solid debut!
Check it out!

Anyway, so I've started playing HADES II.

Never played the first Hollow Knight, but I'm liking the visuals in this a lot and the gameplay is extremely enjoyable even from the start.
