ammo chute is pretty cool to find ways to handle, this is basically modeled as an array along a spline then converted to mesh and connected together to allow flexibility without deformed sections.

here is some progress of the large idiot robot son cain. hes got like 57k triangles rn and about 16k of that is just cables and hoses which is like lol sure. im just trying to tie up all the loose ends now, fill in a couple of interior parts and detail the right hand
