I got a GI illness this weekend. I'm fine now, but I spent a little time thinking about how I used to get upper respiratory illnesses all the time and I just haven't for a while. I credit masking and using air purifiers.

This is fucking amazing. My life would have been so different if I hadn't gotten cervical cancer in my 20s.
Australia recorded ZERO cases of cervical cancer in women under 25 for the first time since they started tracking the cancer in the 80s.

Google has started automatically opting you in to let it read your stuff to train AI. You need to turn this off in SEVERAL places in your settings (not just for Gmail), if you want to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
