Donating food is not a bad thing, but if you are thinking of buying food to donate - just donate money. Food banks know best what they need, and can order in bulk, making your money go a LOT further.
For those struggling: There are people who teach very low cost cooking on YouTube who are creative.

Yes it's rooted in transphobia and the eugenics of people on the spectrum who need assistamce with ADLs...but it's also linked to a disdain for a very vocal, hyper competent, demographic of skilled people with injustice sensitivity.
It's important to point out that this monument was never referred to as a "Reconciliation Monument."
