hi, i learned that the free "I Am Sober" app supports a bunch of goals in addition to sobriety from alcohol and other drugs -- just glancing through the list, eating disorders, sexual behaviors, self harm like skin picking, gambling, compulsive spending, codependency, chatbots, doomscrolling
