If a process generates opportunities for that much graft that means that it’s a bit too complex and is used by the big fish to keep the little fish out and raise prices. Nothing like making it even harder. Also you know what reduces homelessness, more homes.

Well I did poorly in math in high school. But I do know a few things. For example, an average can be raised by an extreme outlier. In this instance, very very wealthy individuals bring the average numerical math upwards in a chart. But that is because of those outliers, not the common experience
