Tonight’s Jimmy Kimmel monologue was a watershed moment for politics and free speech. He handled it with grace, dignity and humility. The more Trump comes after these people the less popular he will become.
Kimmel: "The President of the United States made it very clear he wants to see me and the hundreds of people who work here fired from our jobs. Our leader celebrates Americans losing their livelihoods because he cannot take a joke."

Stephen Colbert has been consistently one of the most spot-on critics of Trump from the beginning and CBS has been consistently willing to cave in to Trump's demands. I hope some other network realizes that CBS's cowardice is an opportunity for them . . . Stephen Colbert is a national treasure.
