United States women's national team forward Mia Fishel is in discussions with multiple NWSL teams about a summer transfer away from Chelsea, a source told ESPN. Fishel, 24, is in search of a summer move to become the focal point of an NWSL's team's forward line with an eye toward earning more USWNT caps ahead of the 2027 World Cup.

I hoped I would have had more optimistic words by the time this change was announced, but I don’t.
I don’t think Lorne was the issue, and I don’t think he was set up for success.
The club doesn’t need change for change’s sake, it needs investment. It needs to address the root issues not symptoms.

ngl i'm kinda ragy about this one, this was a clear setup by the front office. they never backed him or his style of play, refused to do anything this offseason despite saying they had a plan. vile, cowardly behavior.

They truly did not set Lorne up for success and it was evident in not bringing in any new talent in the off season. Sacking him is nasty work. This is the FO’s fault and soley their fault
