Have a paper boarding pass going through passport control if you don't want to hand your unlocked phone to federal authorities.
Also, in general, use an alphanumeric key to open it, instead of biometric. It's legally easier to compel unlocking with biometric.

I don't know if anyone caught it during the Treasury rally today, but. Rep. McIver straight-up said that her Republican colleagues are leaving their phones off the hook because they don't want to hear from their constituents. THAT is what Dems should be preaching from every corner, every day.

Okay, one more random tip for newbies: if someone quote-skeets (yes, they're called skeets, shut up) you in a way to dunk on your or annoy you, you can "detach" your skeet from the quote, so that it no longer shows.
