Why don't we classify it as murder? For example, if someone is sent home after surgery and insurance denies nursing visits, and as a result they develop complications and die... should the insurance company be charged with negligent homicide?

Subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE) is one of the delayed complications of measles that affects up to 1 in 600 unvaccinated children who’ve had measles. It occurs without warning an average of 7 years after infection but can occur decades later. There is no cure and it is almost always fatal.
Just interviewed a mom who lost her daughter to SSPE, a rare complication of measles. Years after the child recovers, they develop severe cognitive decline over 5-6 months and then pass away. She got measles before she was vaccinated.
It is indescribably tragic that we may see SSPE again in the US.

Well said! Every attack on trans people is an effort to both:
- manufacture rage for distraction/fundraising purposes
- drive trans people out of public life
And the logistics of the policies always boil down to Republicans making cis women less safe while simultaneously blaming trans people.
