The pitch was greenlit but when I sent in the article I was ghosted for a bit and then told it wouldn't be published because "there is no real hook for it" (lol) which is weird because every single day people in the British media debate trans people's right to exist

This was extremely enjoyable, and as someone who didn't know much about Bergson or his work, I learned a lot from it
It's world philosophy day and my biography of French philosopher Henri Bergson is RIGHT THERE!

In my book you will find out about Bergson's philosophy of durée, his secret meeting with President Wilson during WWI, and why he caused the first ever traffic jam on Broadway!

Trans-exclusionary and “gender critical” takes are extremely prevalent in the British media. So I wrote this with the assumption that many readers might not realise that such views are seen as fringe and extreme by the vast majority of feminists outside the UK (and by many within the UK too).
This piece was greenlit and then killed by a British newspaper, so I’ve decided to publish myself instead.

Trans People Deserve Better.
"Gender critical" feminism doesn't help women but it does help the far right

the bbc changed their article from saying 'trans woman' to saying 'biological male who identifies as a woman'.

even if you don't care about trans ppl it should alarm you just how captured the bbc has become.

they will no longer even say 'trans woman'. that's not normal and shows massive bias.
