Someone’s Boston mayoral candidate platform ideas look eerily similar to a policy we’ve already introduced this year…interesting.
This is not a new idea. @senatorledwards.bsky.social and I’s good landlord tax abatement - which is already on the table in Boston- provides a real, immediate incentive for landlords to keep rents affordable.
