US citizens.

"All these people are U.S. citizens who were detained, deported or otherwise swept up in immigration enforcement actions under the Trump administration’s intensifying crackdown..."

As Trump cracks down on immigration, U.S. citizens are among those snared
Recent news reports of at least seven alleged cases have alarmed advocates and scholars who say they reveal the dangers of a system accelerating with few safeguards.

We expected 2,000 people out in GOP-held Greeley, Colorado.

11,000 people showed up.

Something special is happening, folks. Now is the time to organize in every dimension possible and get to work.

I'm with Asha 100% here.
Here are the options on the table (which are not mutually exclusive):

1. House Dems bring articles of impeachment*

2. Senate Dems play constitutional hardball and obstruct everything

3. State AGs litigate (and prosecute) everything they can

4. Citizens march en mass

Trump is on his way to creating a government of billionaires, by billionaires, for billionaires.
BREAKING: Trump's wealthy cabinet nominees and transition officials are worth a combined $313 BILLION.

That's 616x higher than the mean wealth of the typical American household.

This is how you build a system that only works for the wealthy and their corporations.

Each time our nation has advanced closer to the more inclusive, pluralist, multi-racial democracy to which we’ve aspired at our best, that advance was preceded by a period of crisis and conflict.

This time is no different. A better democracy is on the other side of this crisis.

The usual suspects are out there yelling "There are 23 million government workers! Fire most of them!" No awareness that most work for local governments, and most of *them* are schoolteachers. Federal employment hasn't grown since the 1950s

Political parties have control over the terms of primary elections.

Whoever becomes the new head of the DNC must commit to banning super PACs in Democratic primaries.

If Dems really want to become the party of working people, they must disavow Big Money.

Starting a phony transgender bathroom debate and hiding behind the guise of “protecting women” to distract from your attempts to push through the confirmations of alleged rapists, sex traffickers, and fraudsters at the highest levels of government is peak Republican Party.

REMINDER: Project 2025 includes a section that suggests changing the 40hr workweek to a 160hr work-month, so your boss could make you work extra hours with no overtime pay by cutting your hours later in the month. See page 592.
President Biden tried to raise the overtime threshold, which is the point where salaried workers are entitled to earn overtime pay. It would have helped millions. A Trump appointed judge in Texas just blocked it.

Please tell me you see which party is actually fighting for the average worker.
