Stunning sky yesterday evening over Risca. The temperature dropped pretty rapidly after the sun disappeared.

I've always been a touch apprehensive around graveyards but, since I started my walking habit, I've found myself visiting places I would never normally go. My walk today took me on a route through this cemetery. It felt very calming to be in a place I would normally avoid.

800 words please on why this proves the Labour and Conservative strategy to primarily target Reform voters is working perfectly.
Caerphilly, Senedd constituency by-election result:

PC: 47.4% (+19.0)
REF: 36.0% (+34.2)
LAB: 11.0% (-34.9)
CON: 2.0% (-15.3)
GRN: 1.5% (+1.5)
LDEM: 1.5% (-1.2)
GWL: 0.3% (+0.3)
UKIP: 0.2% (+0.2)

Plaid Cymru GAIN from Labour.

Ever since I finished Question Time, Reform have massively been on the attack.

Including a rant from Richard Tice entirely designed to distract from Reform and Russia.

Everyone should know about Nathan Gill, the bribes from Russia and the link to Reform.

Private Eye offers up an excellently scornful commentary on the relentless polling. It’s become ridiculous and has oversimplified our politics to dangerous levels of stupid and irresponsible.

Neither of them were functioning at the time of the shots, but it was fantastic to see the original in London this summer.

THAT ... that's what I've been trying to put into words.

The Sun in 2025 vs The Sun in 2016.

Another Brexit lie busted.

Of course the Sun’s new article makes no apology, or even mention, of their 2016 front page splash - which was ruled “misleading” by the press watchdog at the time - but what did The Sun care, when the lie served its purpose anyway.

Small boat crossings are a direct result of Brexit. Farage exploited the fears & concerns of certain demographics to get it over the line in. This led to the small boats crisis and now he is exploiting the fears & concerns of those demographics to solidify his power

Almost like he planned it 🙄
